IMMUNISATION
As of 1st January 2016 Early Childhood Education & Care Services cannot enrol a child unless the parent/guardian has provided documentation that shows the child is fully vaccinated for their age.
To obtain a copy of your immunisation certificate you have a few options
- MyGov (Quickest Method):
- Sign in to your myGov account and link your Medicare online account.
- Select 'Medicare'.
- Go to 'Proof of vaccinations' and select 'View history'.
- Download or print your statement.
- Express Plus Medicare Mobile App:
- Log in to the app, select 'Services', then 'Proof of vaccinations'.
- My Health Record:
- Access your record through myGov to download the statement from the 'Documents' section.
- Call the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR):
- Call 1800 653 809 (8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday) and ask them to send your statement by mail. This can take up to 14 days.
- Ask Your Provider:
- Ask your GP, pharmacist, or vaccination provider to print a copy for you.
