For our day to day communication at The Heights Preschool we use an Australian based childcare app called OWNA.
Owna is a fantastic easy to use childcare management app which has been designed for families to have just one source of information for everything to do with their child's preschool care.
What do we use OWNA for?
- We use it to share daily information, posts, learning and routines with families
- We use it to manage all of your invoices, CCS, accounts and billing
- Families use Owna to check in and check out
- Families can complete important tasks including all your paperwork including enrolment, excursions and medical forms
- Families can make payments, read invoices and statements and see all of the CCS information.
- Families are able to set up direct debit, or make payments using bank transfer or credit card
- Families can use Owna to booking extra casual days
On enrolment, you will be provided with a link which will then provide all the information for downloading the app and getting set up.
