What if I am running late?

Our hours of operation of 7.00am to 6.00pm daily.  Parents who are late will be charged a late fee of $5.00 per minute, per child, as we need to pay our staff to stay with your child. Traffic incidents are of course taken into account, however it is your responsibility to ensure your child is collected on time.

Government Funding

Mygov

To receive any funding, you will need to link your child on the mygov website.

This needs to be done one (1) month prior to your child starting at The Heights Pre-School to ensure that it has been processed in time.

If it is not linked before they start, unfortunately we are unable to apply any Government funding and full fees will have to apply.

CCS - CHILD CARE SUBSIDY

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is an Australian Government program that provides financial assistance to help families with the cost of approved childcare services.

The Government will pay this subsidy directly to us to reduce the fees you pay out of your pocket.

START STRONG - Additional Fee Relief Available

If you're a parent in New South Wales with a child aged three to five years old, you may be eligible for preschool funding through the State Government's Start Strong Preschool Funding program.

The Start Strong fee relief will be passed on to you by us as a weekly reduction to your fees or gap fee.
The Start Strong fee relief does not impact your Child Care Subsidy payments provided by the Australian Government.

Start Strong Fee relief is not means tested and there are no residency or visa requirements.

You will still need to pay any gap fees remaining after the Child Care Subsidy and Start Strong fee relief have been applied.

Access to a Family Fee Relief is only available from one service at a time, and upon completion and return of the declaration form.

For further details please see the girls in the office.
